Singer Treadle Sewing Machine Parts

Has anyone ever seen or heard of an old, sewing machine made by the Freedom company?
My wife has an old sewing machine, from the early 1940s, I assume. Her grandmother and her mother use to make clothing for their children on it. It is still in working condition.
We can’t find any information about it. It looks like a typical singer sewing machine, from that era, but it has the word freedom , carved out of iron, as part of the treadle foot.
the wooden cabinate has been refinished, in the back and on the right side, because of water damage. It is extremely heavy.
Yes Freedom is or was kindly like a gernick name for singer to cover more of the market share. kindly like the bread comp. having more or one kind of bread.an example here where we live one bread co has 17 kind,s of bread. they do this so the federal trade law,s will not get them for monoplizing the market. p.s. look under www.singer sewing .co hope this help.s
