Hemline Sewing

My vintage Barbie outfit has both usual “Barbie” tag and tag sewn in with Japanese writing?
This “red flare” red velvet coat has black and white vintage tag as usual. However, there is a tag that has Japanese writing on it sewn on the inside near the hemline. Does anyone know what that means?
Sorry, I am having trouble getting the picture on here. Basically, rather than translation, I was wondering what it even means to have a Japanese tag sewn in? Does it mean that it is a Japanese version of a Barbie outfit?
Thanks!
Can you scan in the writing? We can’t translate if you can’t see the writing.
