You have already listed what you are going to do. A hand embroidered musical note with sequins in a trendy color. You can buy a pillow form in the fabric store and cut 2 squares of material big enough to vover it plus a seam allowance. Sew the together on 3 sides and tuck the pillow for inside, then sew up the 4th side by hand.
