I pierced my own belly button, but i can’t get the ring through the hole!?
Two days ago I pierced my own belly button…I know what your thinking “stupid teenager” (I don’t care what you think I just need advice). To pierce my belly button I used an embroidery needle. And obviously I can’t get a slightly larger ring through the hole. I really don’t want to quit now so are there any creative ways to get the ring through?

Stretching the piercing to fit the ring is going to be hell and will dramaticly increase the chance of rejection. Get a smaller gauge ring. If you can’t do that let it heal and save yourself the trouble.
When it’s healed, it’d be best to go to a professional, but since you’re obviously (and stupidly) dead set against that, the next best thing to do would be to get a proper, sterilized piercing needle. You can buy them online with a visa gift card.
And btw, Hot Topic may offer some advice about what to do, but they won’t help you get it in or touch it in any way. It’s a store policy; they have signs on the jewelry cases stating this.
