Brother Project Runway Sewing Machine Review
PLEASE somebody. is the brother 50 stitch project runway sewing machine a good machine? HELP!!!!!?
it got soooo many bad reviews & few good ones. i just ask because i know my mom gotme this machine, she just haven’t given it to me yet… some one please hellppp i need to know & giive your honest opinion. Any bad expirences with the machine? thanks =)
As with any product, it is possible to get a bad one (even Mercedes has done recalls). I have been a sewer for over 40 years and own three sewing machines and a serger. One of those machines is the Brother 50 stitch Project Runway machine. I have found it simple to use with a great variety of stitches. Just this past week I used it to hem 6 pair of jeans with on problems at all going through all the layers of denim. The bobbin is easy to remove and fill, it has an automatic needle threader, switches easily from regular to stretch stitches, and easily makes the correct size buttonhole for any button.
I even purchased a second one as a gift for a close relative who used to be an avid sewer but could no longer get the needle threaded.
I have had people at work bring me threir sewing machines (of all makes and models) that have been messing up and in 95% of the cases all that was necessary to get them running perfectly again was to change the needle, rethread the machine with care, and putting in a fresh bobbin.
