Best cheap sewing machine for making clothes?

I want a cheap sewing machine no more than $150. I want to sew clothing (lightweight shirts, dresses, etc. but not heavy items such as jeans)
is this one good?

I had an expensive Singer years ago that never worked right. It wasn’t worth all that I put out. I bought a Brother sewing machine at Walmart. I bought the cheapest one and it zigzags and sew straight and back and forth with some zipper stuff I will not use. I wished I had bought the next one up for a few bucks more. You can also buy a cheap carrying case to keep it in at Walmart. It’s just large enough that I can get a thread and bobin case and a few other things in the case with the sewing machine. It works perfectly and is a very lightweight machine. I like the heavier machines but don’t want to pay for it and don’t intend to. Do not buy used machines online. The shipping cost is worth more than the machine.
